Compassionate Professional

My practice history of the past over 11 years is diverse and includes working with those with chronic and terminal illnesses, caregivers, military veterans and members, adults navigating life changes and stressors, and the LGBTQ+ community, and more. I have a diverse toolbox from short term and solution focused to support those who are looking for a few sessions to get some tips and acute support to tools for those looking for medium-longer term support.

My expertise is in anxiety, depression, grief/loss, chronic illness, stress, insomnia, relationship stressors, burnout, work-related stressors, communication issues, and navigating changes.
